Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how CE Digital, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Ad Analyzer ("the Service"), a web-based advertising analytics and management tool.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use the Service:
- Account information: Your name and email address, obtained through Google Sign-In.
- Google Drive access: With your explicit permission, we access your Google Drive to read creative files (images and videos) that you choose to upload to Meta advertising platforms. We request read-only access and do not modify, delete, or store your Drive files.
- Advertising data: Ad performance metrics, campaign data, and creative assets retrieved from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising accounts you have authorized.
- Usage data: Basic logs of actions taken within the Service for security and troubleshooting purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity and control access to the Service.
- To retrieve and analyze your advertising performance data on your behalf.
- To upload creative files from your Google Drive to Meta ad accounts at your direction.
- To generate analysis, reports, and recommendations within the Service.
- To maintain security logs and diagnose technical issues.
3. Google Drive Data
Ad Analyzer's use of data obtained through the Google Drive API is limited to the following:
- Listing and reading files in Drive folders you explicitly provide to the Service.
- Transferring selected files to Meta advertising platforms at your direction.
We do not use Google Drive data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose other than enabling the features you directly request. Google Drive data is not used to train machine learning models.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Authentication tokens are stored in Google Cloud Storage within your project and are encrypted at rest.
- Ad performance data is stored in Google BigQuery within your project.
- We do not store your Google Drive files — files are streamed directly to Meta and are not retained.
- Access to the Service is restricted to an explicit allowlist of authorized email addresses.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or advertising data with third parties, except:
- Meta Platforms: Creative files and ad configurations are transmitted to Meta at your explicit direction when creating ads.
- Google: Authentication is handled via Google OAuth. Google's privacy policy applies to that interaction.
- Service providers: We use Google Cloud infrastructure (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage) to operate the Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain advertising performance data in BigQuery for as long as you use the Service. Authentication tokens are overwritten on each new login. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
